Meet the founder

A scientist who remembers the first door.

Myettia Peck has built her career at the bench, in the work of turning discovery into medicine. Along the way she saw how many brilliant people in STEM never get told biopharma has a place for them.

So she built one. M. Peckable brings together her work as a biopharmaceutical scientist, her advocacy for people living with chronic skin disease, and her commitment to opening industry doors for adult learners, career changers, and the next generation of scientists.

  • Industry scientist with hands-on biopharmaceutical lab experience
  • Patient advocate for chronic skin disease awareness and representation
  • Educator & mentor leading workshops, lab days, and career programs

The four pillars

Everything we do grows from one helix.

01

Science

Rigorous, real-world biopharma expertise, from the lab bench to the patients it serves.

02

Education

Practical, industry-aligned training that turns STEM knowledge into job-ready skill.

03

Advocacy

Amplifying people living with chronic skin disease, and making sure every skin tone is seen.

04

Opportunity

Real doors, real networks, real careers, especially for people who were never handed a map.

MPeckable Biopharma Academy

Your STEM degree is the key. We show you the door.

Biopharma needs scientists, engineers, analysts, and quality minds, but its language, systems, and hiring paths can feel closed. The Academy translates what you already know into what the industry is hiring for.

M. Peck Collective · Nonprofit

Chronic skin disease is more than skin deep.

Conditions like eczema, psoriasis, hidradenitis suppurativa, and vitiligo can shape sleep, work, confidence, and mental health. Yet people with darker skin tones are still underrepresented in the research and in the textbook pictures.

Our nonprofit pairs scientific literacy with lived experience to change that, through education, patient community, and a push for representation in research.

Awareness & Education

Plain-language resources that help patients understand their conditions and treatment options.

Patient Voice

Community spaces where people living with skin disease are heard, supported, and amplified.

Representation in Research

Advocating for skin of color in clinical trials, imagery, and the next generation of scientists.

Ways to give

Help it grow.

Your gift supports patient resources, community programs, and scholarships into the Academy.
